Ramadan Event Production
Dubai Silicon Oasis Ramadan Suhoor 2025
M&M Group produced the event management and production scope for a client Ramadan Suhoor hosted by Dubai Silicon Oasis at Dubai Digital Park Plaza — a heritage-themed evening experience for 250 guests covering entrance design, majlis setting, traditional entertainment, live arts, interactive activations, and Ramadan dining.
M&M Group produced the event management and production scope for Dubai Silicon Oasis (DSO) for a client Ramadan Suhoor held at Dubai Digital Park Plaza on March 13, 2025. The event gathered 250 guests in a heritage-themed evening program covering entrance design, a traditional majlis setting, interactive guest activations, live arts, Ramadan entertainment, and family-style Ramadan dining.
Event Overview
The DSO Ramadan Suhoor was designed as an evening guest experience beginning at 8:30 PM at Dubai Digital Park Plaza. The scope centered on creating a culturally grounded environment for DSO’s clients — drawing from Emirati heritage traditions and producing a setting that combined formal hospitality with interactive and entertainment elements appropriate to the Ramadan occasion.
Ramadan corporate event production for client-facing audiences involves structuring a program that balances hospitality with cultural authenticity — guests arriving through a designed entry sequence, settling into a comfortable majlis environment, engaging with traditional activities, and gathering around a shared Ramadan dining experience. The DSO scope was built to serve all of these modes within the Dubai Digital Park Plaza setting.
Entrance Design and Event Environment
The guest arrival sequence was anchored by a themed entrance installation establishing the heritage character of the event from the first point of contact. Entrance décor elements were applied to frame the arrival corridor and set the visual identity for the event environment before guests entered the main plaza area.
Decorative elements carrying the Ramadan aesthetic extended throughout the event footprint, maintaining a coherent heritage atmosphere across the different program zones — from the arrival point through to the dining and entertainment areas.
Creative design informed the visual approach across the décor and branding elements, applied to the entrance installation and carried through into the broader event environment.
Majlis Setup and Guest Seating
A traditional majlis setup formed the hospitality core of the event — providing a comfortable, culturally anchored seating environment appropriate to a Ramadan gathering. The majlis configuration was designed to accommodate guests across open and semi-enclosed seating arrangements, creating natural zones for conversation and dwell time throughout the evening.
Temporary event structures and large-scale installations formed part of the structural scope for the majlis and event environment, providing the framework for the heritage-themed guest areas at Dubai Digital Park Plaza.
The seating environment supported the flow of the full evening program, giving guests a natural base to move between entertainment, activations, and dining zones without disrupting the comfort or rhythm of the event.
Interactive Games and Guest Engagement
A traditional-themed games and activities zone was included in the guest program — providing interactive engagement points consistent with the Ramadan heritage aesthetic of the event. The activations were structured to cater to guests across varied engagement preferences throughout the evening.
Brand activation structured the guest engagement logic across the interactive zones, ensuring the activities worked as natural waypoints within the overall event flow and supported movement and dwell time across the full Dubai Digital Park Plaza footprint.
The games program was designed to complement the cultural character of the event rather than function as standalone entertainment — integrated into the broader guest experience as part of the heritage-themed evening.
Live Arts — Calligraphy and Henna
A live Arabic calligraphy station was included in the event scope, with a calligrapher providing personalized keepsakes for guests throughout the evening — a cultural take-home element integrated into the guest program.
A henna artist was available to guests during the event, offering traditional henna application within the event environment. The henna station was positioned within the guest engagement zone to support natural dwell time alongside the calligraphy station and other cultural activations.
Both live arts elements were consistent with the heritage hospitality approach across the event — providing guests with interactive cultural experiences beyond the entertainment and dining program.
Entertainment Program
Traditional Ramadan entertainment was included as part of the live program at Dubai Digital Park Plaza. The entertainment scope was structured to support the Ramadan occasion and provide a cultural performance element appropriate to the client-facing nature of the event.
A sound system supported the full event environment, providing ambient audio management across the plaza footprint throughout the evening for both the entertainment program and general guest experience.
Technical production and venue engineering covered the audio infrastructure and technical coordination across the event environment at Dubai Digital Park Plaza.
Ramadan Dining and Hospitality
Family-style Ramadan dining was structured as a central element of the evening program — timed and coordinated within the event schedule to serve as a natural gathering point for DSO’s 250 invited guests. The dining setup was positioned to support the flow of the broader guest program rather than function as a standalone meal service.
Hospitality elements throughout the event complemented the dining sequence, providing guests with refreshment and traditional Ramadan food and drink offerings consistent with the cultural character of the occasion.
The dining and hospitality scope was structured to integrate with the entertainment and activation program, allowing the evening to move naturally between guest engagement zones and the shared dining experience.
Event Management and On-Site Coordination
Event management covered the end-to-end coordination of the DSO Ramadan Suhoor — from pre-event planning through to production execution and on-site coordination. The scope included supplier management, timeline sequencing, and on-site logistics across the entertainment, activations, live arts, dining, and technical production elements.
The Dubai Digital Park Plaza venue environment required coordination across multiple simultaneous program zones — entrance, majlis, games, live arts, entertainment, and dining — within a single evening event structure. The management scope was built to support smooth movement and timing across all zones throughout the 8:30 PM guest experience.
