M&M Group produced the 52nd UAE National Day celebration for AW Rostamani Group at their Dubai headquarters — a multi-zone branded guest experience for approximately 1,000 attendees, structured around three connected cultural narratives: Old Dubai, Modern Dubai, and Futuristic Dubai.

Old Dubai, Modern Dubai, and Futuristic Dubai

Old Dubai drew on UAE heritage through a traditional Areesh tent with henna artist, a Dukkan-concept seating area, a live cooking station, and Oud and guitar performers. The zone was designed to feel grounded in cultural hospitality.

Modern Dubai offered interactive participation: a perfume-making workshop, a live caricature artist, and a double-sided themed selfie frame gave guests tangible, take-home moments within the cultural context of the celebration.

Futuristic Dubai brought technology into the experience through a Sketch Bots AI portrait station, a VR booth, and interactive activity kiosks — reflecting the UAE’s trajectory while maintaining coherence with the wider production concept.

Interactive Activations

Across all three zones, the activation program was built for participation at scale. The Sketch Bots AI portrait experience and VR booth served as interactive focal points within the futuristic zone. Perfume-making, caricature, and the themed selfie frame provided quieter, equally personal moments distributed through the guest journey.

Hospitality was delivered through a Nook specialty coffee cart and a Scoops ice cream cart, positioned to serve natural guest movement patterns. Live cooking in the Old Dubai zone reinforced the cultural atmosphere throughout.

Transforming the AW Rostamani HQ Experience

M&M Group’s production team managed full venue transformation — including branded walls, shaded seating structures, themed zone environments, and registration and guest flow infrastructure across the site.

The scope required simultaneous coordination of live performance, interactive technology, food and beverage delivery, brand experience activations, and creative fabrication — delivered as a coherent cultural celebration across a single corporate site.
