Event Overview

M&M Group executed the international event production scope for ENOC’s 7th Cycle Distributor Business Meet at Intercontinental Hotel in Shenzhen, China. M&M Group deployed its team internationally to manage a multi-day corporate business meet for 150 guests across 15–18 May 2016 — covering conference setup, gala dinner configuration, stage and AVL, LED screens, lighting plans, Chinese cultural entertainment, registration, delegate management, branded materials, trophies, gifts, and event signage.

International event production for a corporate distributor business meet outside the UAE requires end-to-end overseas planning and execution — from venue configuration, stage and technical production, and cultural entertainment through to branded delegate materials and guest-flow management across a multi-day international program.

Dubai-Based International Event Production in Shenzhen, China

The ENOC 7th Cycle Distributor Business Meet was planned and executed by M&M Group from Dubai, with the team deploying internationally to deliver the complete production scope in Shenzhen, China. M&M Group managed the full overseas production scope — from conference setup and stage and AVL through to Chinese cultural entertainment, delegate materials, gala dinner coordination, and branded event assets — at Intercontinental Hotel in Shenzhen across a four-day program.

Corporate event management in Dubai for overseas execution coordinates the full production scope from the UAE, deploying teams and managing all on-ground event elements internationally — conference environments, dinner setups, stage production, entertainment, and branded delegate experience — within the operational requirements of the specific venue and city.

This project demonstrates M&M Group’s capability to execute complete corporate event production outside the UAE for international client programs.

Corporate Business Meet and Gala Dinner Format

The event was scheduled across 15–18 May 2016, with a 9:00 AM–6:00 PM daily program. The production scope covered two distinct event environments: a conference setup in red styling for the business sessions, and a gala dinner setup in white styling for the formal dinner program. Both environments were delivered within Intercontinental Hotel, Shenzhen, with guest-flow planning and registration supporting movement across the multi-day program.

The conference environment covered delegate seating, stage, and AV infrastructure for the business sessions. The gala dinner environment transitioned the space into a formal dinner configuration — with table styling, lighting, and entertainment for the evening program.

Event management in Dubai for a multi-day corporate business meet coordinates venue configuration, program scheduling, guest-flow logistics, and the transition between conference and dinner environments across the full event duration.

Stage, AVL, LED Screens, and Lighting Plans

The technical production scope at Intercontinental Hotel, Shenzhen covered a hotel platform stage with carpet and wooden stage finish, a main LED screen, side LED panels, and a full sound system — including handheld microphones, lapel microphones, and a speaker system. The video content management scope included a laptop, switcher, and monitor screen for content delivery during the conference and dinner sessions.

Lighting was delivered across two distinct phases: a conference lighting plan for the business sessions and a gala dinner lighting plan for the formal dinner environment — with stage lighting and mood lighting appropriate to each setting.

Technical production and venue engineering for an international conference and gala dinner at a hotel venue integrates stage design, LED screen infrastructure, sound, lighting, and content management systems within the specific constraints of the venue space — delivered across the full multi-day event program.

Chinese Cultural Entertainment and Guest Experience

The entertainment scope for ENOC’s business meet in Shenzhen featured a program of Chinese cultural performances. Confirmed entertainment included a Lion Dance, a lion eye-painting ceremonial moment, gongs and drums, a Kung Fu performance, a Ribbon Silk Dance, a Chinese Drum Dance, a Plum Blossom Calligraphy Dance, a Chinese Traditional Band, and a Tea Master. Hostesses dressed in traditional attire supported the guest experience from arrival, anchoring the cultural context of the international event location.

Brand activation for corporate events at an international business meet in China uses culturally grounded entertainment — lion dance, Kung Fu, calligraphy dance, tea ceremony — to create guest moments aligned with the host city and event program, adding location-specific cultural guest-experience elements.

Registration, Hostesses, and Delegate Management

The delegate management scope covered registration, welcome, and guest-flow coordination across the multi-day program. Hostesses in traditional dress supported guest arrival, registration, and movement between the conference and gala dinner environments at Intercontinental Hotel, Shenzhen. Delegate management for a multi-day international business meet requires coordinated arrival, registration, session transition, and dinner seating — coordinated to the specific flow requirements of the venue and program.

Branded Delegate Materials and Gift Distribution

The delegate materials scope for ENOC’s business meet covered a full suite of branded items distributed across the multi-day program. Confirmed materials included welcome bags, name tags and lanyards, T-shirts, notepads, folders, pens, and brochures and catalogues. Gift distribution included LED trophies, photo frames, branded bags, non-woven bags, and paper bags — providing a layered delegate experience combining functional conference materials with branded keepsake items.

Creative design for corporate events applied to a delegate materials program produces a coherent branded touchpoint from welcome bag and name tag through to trophy and gift bag — reinforcing the ENOC brand identity across the full guest-experience journey at the international business meet.

Trophies, Certificates, and Event Signage

The awards and signage scope for ENOC’s business meet in Shenzhen included acrylic LED trophies, dragon metal trophies, and certificate folders — providing formal recognition elements within the business meet program. Event signage covered tent cards, roll-up banners, and wall banners, creating a branded event environment at Intercontinental Hotel, Shenzhen, consistent with the ENOC event identity.

Temporary event structures and large-scale installations for an international venue cover the signage structures — wall banners, roll-up banners, and tent cards — configured to the spatial and branding requirements of the hotel venue and event environment.

Production and International Guest Journey Planning

M&M Group managed the full overseas production scope for ENOC’s 7th Cycle Distributor Business Meet, coordinating conference room layout, stage and LED screen placement, guest-flow planning, registration, cultural entertainment, gala dinner setup, delegate materials, and event signage across a four-day program at Intercontinental Hotel in Shenzhen, China.

The production scope combined the technical infrastructure — stage, AVL, LED screens, and lighting plans — with the delegate experience elements — cultural entertainment, registration, branded materials, trophies, and signage — into a coherent international event environment. Guest flow was coordinated across both the conference and gala dinner environments, with the red conference styling and white gala dinner styling providing visual distinction between the two program phases.

Technical production and venue engineering and creative design combined for an international execution of this scale to support technically functional and visually consistent conference and gala dinner environments aligned with the ENOC brand identity and delivered across the full daily program window.
