Creative 2D & 3D Designer — Events & Exhibition Stands
M&M Group is looking for a Creative 2D & 3D Designer to support event environments, exhibition stands, brand activations, corporate events, government productions, and live event experiences across Dubai and the UAE.

- Develop 2D layouts, moodboards, visual concepts, and presentation-ready design directions for events and exhibitions.
- Create 3D renders for exhibition stands, branded environments, stages, activation zones, photo moments, registration areas, and event installations.
- Prepare design concepts that are practical for fabrication, installation, technical production, and venue constraints.
- Work with project managers, production teams, suppliers, and client-facing teams to refine creative proposals.
- Support pitch decks, proposal visuals, floor plans, elevations, and production-ready design documentation.
- Adapt brand guidelines into event environments while maintaining visual quality and consistency.
- Review site requirements, dimensions, visitor flow, and build feasibility before finalizing design concepts.
- Assist with revisions during client feedback, production coordination, and pre-event approval stages.
Requirements
- Experience in 2D and 3D design for events, exhibitions, stands, activations, interiors, retail environments, or related spatial design.
- Strong portfolio showing event environments, exhibition stands, brand activations, or spatial concepts.
- Proficiency in relevant design tools such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, Cinema 4D, AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or equivalent tools.
- Ability to create clean presentation visuals and realistic 3D concepts.
- Understanding of materials, finishes, lighting, spatial flow, signage, branding, and build feasibility.
- Ability to work under event timelines and manage multiple revisions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to coordinate with production teams.
- UAE or GCC event or exhibition experience is preferred.
M&M Group is looking for a Creative 2D & 3D Designer to support event environments, exhibition stands, brand activations, corporate events, government events, cultural productions, and live event experiences across Dubai and the UAE. The role requires strong visual design capability, event production awareness, and the ability to translate briefs into practical creative concepts that can be built, installed, and delivered on site.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing exhibition stands in Dubai and UAE venues.
- Knowledge of event production workflows including staging, trussing, AV, lighting, and fabrication.
- Ability to prepare print-ready artwork or coordinate artwork adaptation with production vendors.
- Arabic language skills are a plus but not mandatory.
